My little nephews wrestled in the state wrestling competition this last weekend. They both did great. I couldn't go of course, because I had to work. Ote placed 2 in his weight class and Oren placed 4th. Good job boys!!!

33 weeks 4 days doctor appointment!!

So I had my appointment today and gained some weight. Let me tell you, I was not expecting to weight that much. I weigh a whopping 160. First of all, I have never ever even weighed 150, let alone 160!! People keep telling me I look tiny, well apparently not! Anyways, the doctor was not concerned at all. I know this is when the baby gains weight the fastest too. I am just in shock. Her heartbeat was 170. A little faster than normal and I know why. My blood sugar dropped right before lunch because I hadn't snacked all morning like usual. I had to take a blood sugar pill and I drank 2.5 glasses of lemonade. I was starting to feel really bad though. Poor girl. She was hyper after that. Her head is down for sure and I knew this because I can actually feel her little hands and fingers tickling me pretty low in my stomach. Weirdest thing ever! I am starting to feel pretty big now. Even going for little walks is getting tiring. I hate shaving my legs because I can't bend over and putting socks and shoes on is another hassle. Oh well. I have 6.5 weeks to go!!! I can't wait.

We finished the wall above Morgan's crib late last night, and if I must say so myself, it looks pretty darn cute. I was actually surprised at how well the vinyl tree we put up came out. It looks just like we painted it. It is not shiny at all, but more of a matte. I would highly recommend putting up some decorative vinyl somewhere in your house. So cute!!!

Doctor appointment & 32 weeks update pic!

So I had a doctor appointment this last Thursday and everything went well. I gained 3 more pounds since the last one and the baby's heartbeat was 163. Everything is going great. Morgan moves quite a bit, but she does have days that she seems a little tired. I go in every 2 weeks for 2 more visits and then its once a week!! My doctor was quite clear on making sure the baby is moving every day because one of her patients that morning did not feel her baby move I think overnight and that morning the baby had died inside her. To make matters worse, she was 40 weeks pregnant. I can't even imagine that poor mom. I know my doctor probably should not have told me this to scare me, but I think she was really shooken up about it and wanted to make sure I went directly to the hospital if I didn't feel Morgan move like normal. Pregnancy is extremely scary, especially considering all the miscarriages I went through. I just want these next couple months to go by soooo fast. My doctor did tell me that once I get to 36 weeks or so, if I happened to go into labor, they would not stop it. I joked to her asking if I could try to start labor, like running, and she said sure ;)  Now I am not going to try at that time, but I may go for a hike or 2 ;)  J/K

We had another 3-D ultrasound done on Morgan. She seems to be a pretty stubborn girl. The technician could not get her to wake up. She opened her eyes for just a second and then went back to sleep. I drank fruit punch, moved around a lot, and we even jiggled the belly. Nothing. She loves to sleep with her hands and arms beside her head. All of the ultrasounds I have had she has been sleeping like that. She has really long toes like me, but I think she looks like Ben. She has Angelina Jolie lips too and lots of hair. Her nose and lips most of the time, were smashed up against me so some of the pics look funny. She is still weighing around 4 pounds too. Her head is down and her legs are up around my ribs/belly button. Here are some of her pics.

Morgan's crib

We finally picked out Morgan's crib, furniture and bedding. It is a little different than what I was going to get, but I love it. I can't wait to see her in it. We still don't have the mattress or the rest of the furniture. It will be delivered next week sometime. Ben put up her crib and we put her bedding in there even though there is no mattress ;) We were just too excited! Here it is! I am also going to get her these cute sheer bird curtains. We are also going to paint the walls a neutral tan color like in her bedding. And I am also going to order a wall decal similar to the one in the picture to go on the side and over her crib. After we put the crib up, we didn't know what to do. Can't wait until she gets here!
