21 weeks!
I am going to try to update this blog as much as possible so I can go back and remember my time being prego. This last week, I have definitely been feeling the baby move more and I actually saw my stomach move for the first time. It is still not super consistent, but she seems to like being awake more in the evenings and after I eat. We are also having an extremely hard time choosing a name because of the names we do both love, we know someone that has already used that name. I think we are going to have to stop worrying about who already has that name because quite frankly, there aren't a whole lot of names we both like. So I am starting to not care who has it. Today, I also got some nice clothes at Motherhood Maternity because I have nothing to wear on the weekends when I am not in scrubs. I also purchased her 2nd outfit, which is funny because both I have gotten are not pink. They are both bright blue with a tiny bit of pink on them, but still very girly. My sister Kimberly couldn't control herself and bought the yellow and green one. One other thing I have noticed in the last couple of days is that my stomach and chest have a little rash on them and are itchy. I think it has something to do with the type of cocoa butter I bought last week. It is more of the belly balm, really thick and greasy, compared to the regular cocoa butter lotion I have been using this whole time. Oh well.
Here is a picture of the bedding we are both really liking. Simple and girly. I think we will do one of the walls chocolate brown and have her name hanging with ribbon in white frames above it. And below is the crib we both like. Not too expensive, but one of the top five safest for 2011.
